Pre-show demand generation for B2B exhibitors

Your booth is expensive. Make sure the right people show up.

I help B2B exhibitors build awareness, generate demand and book qualified conversations before the doors open — using targeted LinkedIn campaigns built around the buyers that matter to your business.

The problem

You spent months preparing the booth. What are you doing to fill it?

A great stand doesn't create demand by itself. Neither does a last-minute "visit us at Stand 4B30" post.

You've already made the big investment. Space, stand build, travel, staff, sponsorship and sales time add up quickly.
But your audience may not know you're there. The buyers you actually want to meet are planning their show weeks before they arrive.
And Day 1 is too late to start marketing. The goal is to arrive with awareness, engagement and conversations already in motion.
The offer

The Pre-Show Demand Sprint

A focused campaign built around one objective: getting the right people to know, consider and engage with your company before the show.

01 / TARGET

Find the right audience

Build the campaign around priority companies, buyer profiles and the commercial audience that matters to your sales team.

02 / ACTIVATE

Create demand

Put useful, relevant messaging in front of those audiences through targeted LinkedIn campaigns — not generic event promotion.

03 / CONVERT

Turn attention into action

Drive qualified engagement, lead capture and meeting opportunities so your team arrives with warmer conversations.

How it works

Your trade show starts weeks before the doors open.

The exact campaign depends on the show, your audience and your offer. The operating rhythm looks like this.

8 WEEKS OUT

Foundation & Soft Launch

Map target accounts, build custom LinkedIn audiences, develop messaging strategy — then soft launch initial campaigns within days to start warming your priority list early.

6 WEEKS OUT

Scale & Optimize

Campaigns are live and generating data. Refine targeting based on early engagement signals, scale budget toward high-performing segments, and introduce creative variations.

4 WEEKS OUT

Amplify & Refine

Double down on what's working. Increase reach across validated audiences, test conversion-focused messaging, and prepare the final push toward direct meeting requests.

2 WEEKS OUT

The Conversion Push

Shift creative and budget toward high-intent actions: direct booth meeting booking, lead capture forms, and exclusive reasons to visit your stand.

SHOW WEEK

Arrive Warm

Walk onto the exhibition floor with a pipeline of pre-booked booth meetings and key prospects who already know your brand's value.

Need to move faster? I design around your runway.

While an 8-week timeline is the gold standard for maximum brand warmth and meeting volume, I can run a 6-week compressed push or a 4-week sprint at an absolute minimum. Note that shorter timelines pivot campaigns directly into hard conversion and calendar booking, bypassing the initial list-warming phase.

The unfair advantage

I used to market the shows you exhibit at.

Before working directly with exhibitors, I spent 11+ years on the organizer side at Informa, marketing major B2B events including Dubai Airshow and MRO Middle East.

That means I understand the other side of the aisle: how exhibitors think about ROI, how buyers plan their time, and why the weeks before a show matter far more than most exhibitors treat them.

Built for exhibitors — not generic B2B marketing.

You don't need another agency telling you to "increase brand awareness." You need a campaign tied to a real commercial event, a real audience and a real deadline.

You brief me. I build it. I run it. You get the commercial picture.

Is this a fit?

This works best when your booth is a serious investment.

✓ Good fit if you:

  • Exhibit at a major B2B trade show (GITEX, Arab Health, MRO, etc.)
  • Have a defined target buyer list (ABM) or specific sector targets
  • Want pre-scheduled, qualified booth meetings, not just random footfall
  • Have a campaign runway of at least 4 to 8 weeks before the show
  • Are willing to invest at least $5,000 (USD) in LinkedIn media budget

✗ Probably not a fit if you:

  • Only want a few organic social posts on your page
  • Are looking for generic "lead guarantees" without testing
  • Have a media budget below $5,000 for the pre-show campaign
  • Want to start the campaign the week of the show
  • Are optimizing purely for cheap impressions and CPMs
Straight answers

Questions exhibitors usually ask.

How early should we start?

Eight weeks is the ideal runway to warm up list audiences, build trust, and book high-value meetings. However, I can run a compressed 6-week program or a 4-week absolute minimum sprint. Under 4 weeks, there is not enough time for LinkedIn algorithms and target buyers to respond effectively.

Do you need our customer database?

Not necessarily. If you have useful CRM data, it can improve the campaign. Otherwise, the audience strategy is built around your show, your market and your ideal buyers.

Is this just LinkedIn Ads?

LinkedIn is the primary paid channel for this offer because it is well suited to B2B audience targeting. The service itself is broader: audience strategy, messaging, creative direction, campaign management, optimization and conversion.

Can you guarantee meetings?

No. Anyone guaranteeing a fixed number of meetings before understanding your show, market, offer and budget is making a promise they cannot responsibly make. I will give you a realistic assessment before we start.

We already have an agency. Can you still help?

Yes, if the gap is pre-show demand generation. I can work alongside an existing agency or internal team rather than replacing everything they already do.

Do you run campaigns through your own ad accounts?

No. All campaigns run through your LinkedIn Campaign Manager account. You retain full ownership of audience data, campaign history, and performance insights. I set up, manage, and optimize — but the account, billing, and data remain yours.

What does it cost?

It depends on the show, runway, audience and campaign scope. The first conversation is where I determine whether there is a sensible opportunity and recommend an appropriate campaign budget.

Let's look at your show

You've already paid for the booth. Let's put some demand behind it.

Tell me which show you're exhibiting at and what you're trying to achieve. I'll come back with an honest view of what I'd do, how early we'd need to start and whether I think it's worth the investment.
